Introducing OSHRX
OSHRX breaks down the enormous task into 3 separate modules: Module no.1 - Hazard assessment Module no.2 - Staff Training Module no.3 - Accident , Incident and Ill-health reporting and analysis . --------------------------------------------------------------- Module no.1 - Hazard assessment Hazard assessment has and always will be a cumbersome and methodical task . You are obligated to involve your staff in the identification of hazards . Once identified , hazards then should be divided into groups - significant hazards , and others . Significant hazards need to be eliminated , isolated or reduced . If you cannot eliminate hazards , responsibility needs to be assigned to a particular person . Training needs to be undertaken . All this whittling away at your finances and time ..... OSHRX -HA works across the internet , you sign on and for a small monthly charge you will receive a checklist each week as an email attachment . All you have to do is print out the checklist , hand it to a staff member to check area A in your business for OSH compliance , they then go to your internet terminal , access our web page ( the address is pre-set in an email ) and click on the appropriate responses . As a result of this data entry , you will receive another email the very next day containing a report saying you have reviewed area A in your business . The report will contain any modifications necessary - you only need to address any concerns , sign the report and file it . The system is automated so that any areas that don't meet requirements will re-appear within a month to re- evaluate . Areas will be monitored on a rotational basis , so new areas/items of concern that arise will be quickly recognised . This module meets your obligations under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (HSE) to take all practicable steps to provide a safe and healthy workplace . This includes the workplace , any facilities for staff use , equipment and creating procedures dealing with emergencies . It will allow you to identify significant risks ( a significant risk is one where harm may occur to a staff member , visitors or customers ) , and either eliminate it , or reduce it and provide a check that all these areas have been addressed . And the best thing of all is that it only takes a few
