How is MAQS supplied ?
MAQS is at present available as a CD-ROM
, which will be posted to you as soon as we receive your
order. Within NZ,
you should receive it within five working days. Overseas orders will be sent by
International Post, and should in most cases take between 7
and 14 days
How difficult
is the programme to install ?
Installation
is achieved using a in-built wizard, so there are very few
problems. If you do experience problems, contact us for
assistance.
What are the
installation requirements ?
MAQS runs on a Windows 95/98/NT/2000
operating system.
How will I know it will make life easier for
me?

Are there regular updates of the
templates?
One
of the advantages
of the MAQS programme is
its' flexibility for individual businesses to utilise by entering their own policies,
procedures and other documentation. This means that templates are not
available at the present time for updates.
We plan to
have update templates available in the near future.
What support services are available with
MAQS?
MAQS is designed to need minimal support, however,
should you need it, send us an email and we will get back to
you ASAP.
What is the
cost of the MAQS system?
The MAQS programme costs $44.95
a month, with a $100 installation fee (this includes phone support).
Pre-entered templates are also available as a package at
a one -off cost of $500

generated documentation - can it be transferred into MAQS?
Quite possibly. It depends on what format
the documentation is in. If you would like to know whether
your existing master files can be converted, please send
